To get started with our janitorial services, our owner or manager will visit your business and do a walk through. During this walk through, three things will happen:
- We will listen to your individual needs. Every company creates mess in their own way. Tell us your problems and we’ll solve them.
- We will study the building. Every building is different and many require unique cleaning attention, particularly when it comes to the exterior.
- We will suggest cleaning ideas. Drawing on our vast experience with buildings and floorings of all types, we will suggest optimal ways to maintain a clean building.
Afterwards, we will send you a customized quote that describes the services we’ll provide and our competitive rates.
Once we start cleaning your building, you’ll receive access to a cleaning app called “Swept.” This app will allow you to take pictures of dirty or problem spots and instantly send them to the owner, managers, and custodial staff.
